Histiopteris Incisa. Bats wing fern. A herbaceous fern with widely spaced fronds starting brown and ageing to green. Pairs of leaflets like pairs of bat wings along the fronds. Larger pairs gradually getting smaller towards to tips of the fronds. Best in moist shady areas or by water. 60cm by 1m.
