Onoclea Sensibilis. Sensitive fern is a deciduous American native. It thrives in moist conditions and should be protected form the late frosts but it still hardy. The apple green fronds emerge each spring from rhizomes and create beautiful soft foliage which mixes well with primulas and rodgersias. Full shade but can grow in full sun if always moist.
