Hakonechloa Macra All Gold. This compact growing grass has broad leaves on slender stems so it looks a bit like a miniature bamboo. The all gold leaves makes in a standout in any garden design and the looks great as a accent edging plant for the sunny border garden but still works in many other designs too. The flowers are interesting up close but from a distance are not particularly showy so best used in flowering arranging to enjoy them. Herbaceous. Full sun to part shade. 40cm by 60cm.
