Euphorbia Characias. This great drought tolerant hybrid is spectacular in flower. Large upright stems covered in branchless leaves in blue green. At top the stem ends large spherical flower heads develop in spring summer and autumn. They are made up of chartreuse green bracts with brown markings. If cut back after flowering they will stay nice and bushy and repeat flower. By careful when cutting them back as they produce a milky sap which can burn the skin. Full sun to part shade. 1m by 1.5m.
