Bletilla Striata Alba. An easy growing, large flowered, clump forming hardy orchid. Bright green, pleated leaves and vivid pink flowers, dying back to tubers in winter. Partial shade, but can thrive in full sun or heavy soil. Creamy white blossoms up to 20cm are borne in racemes (spiked clusters) with three to seven flowers held on the upper part of otherwise naked scapes.
